I love making cards! There are so many fun designs of paper, a huge variety of stamps and ink colors and embellishments. You can be super creative and make it very personal to the person receiving it. But sometimes I don't have time to make an elaborate, detailed card (and most of the time, I'm too cheap to but an $8.00+ Hallmark Card)
So I came up with this super EASY and very Quick card that you can make for anyone and for any occasion! All you need is card stock, washi tape and a marker (or a stamp and ink)
Pick a color of card stock you want to use and cut in half so you have piece that is 8.5" x 5.5". Then fold it in half so you have a card that's 4.25" x 5.5"
Place the wash tape across the front of the card in any
pattern you wish. When it looks good to you, then trim
the edges. You can use a crafter's knife and ruler, but I found it easier (and faster!) to just use scissors.
Add a greeting for the occasion with a marker or a stamp.
